Q: What happens if my package is lost in transit?
A: If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us on info@saikocase.com
If it is determined that the package is lost due to wrong delivery by the carrier, we will replace your order.
If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds or exchanges - all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.
If the item is out of stock, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available.
Q: How do I change my address?
A: If you need to change your address for a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact customer service. Changing your address under "My Account" will not change the address attached to your pre-order, it will only affect future orders.
Returns
What's your return policy?
- You may return most goods within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
- The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item.
- Products must be returned in good condition with the original packaging.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item or size you desire.
How do I return a product?
- Please contact us via email info@saikocase.com and provide your order number and photos if the product you received was damaged.
- Customer Service will respond to you within 1 business day with the next steps. If you received a wrong or damaged product, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns so please choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking information.
- Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the original price you paid for the item, plus any applicable tax within 1 business day. Please allow 1 business day for Paypal credits and 3-5 business days for all other payment methods. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.
My product arrived damaged! What should I do!

Unfortunately, mistakes happen and products may get damaged during transit. In the event that this happens, please contact us info@saikocase.com with pictures of the damaged box or item and we will replace or issue a partial or full refund. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
